Restaurant open and the food is as great as before the hurricane! The best shrimp and grits anywhere. Also the best service in the Keys.
Really great grilled shrimp, sweet potatoes, slaw, hush puppies, banana bread for $16...wonderful! Homey, locals go there, nice beer and wine bar, too! Glad we live just down the street.
AMAZING shrimp and entrees! Best appetizer of my life! Shrimp wrapped in bacon with BBQ sauce drizzled on the shrimp. Amazing service and best key lime pie dessert. However, the dinner was very expensive, but I think it was worth every dollar! Best restaurant in islamorada!
This was the best place to eat in Islamorada. We are from Cocoa Beach area and have good seafood. We ate at a few restaurants in Islamorada and the view was the only thing great at the restaurant. The seafood was "OK". But Shrimp Shack hands down was awesome and the price was perfect too. Triple Ds knew great. Emily A was our server and so nice and efficient. We will be back and recommend Shrimp Shack! Try Key West Scallops and Senator dish!
The Shrmp Shack in Islamorada is a family run establishment with the best food in the area, the fact that they provide great service and have reasonable prices makes it a bargain. I am addicted to their fish tacos, my wife loves the shrimp tacos. Try the fish continental it is fantastic. The true measure is the number of locals who eat here, we know fresh fish and the Shrimp Shack serves just that. You will not be disappointed.
