the manager is antisocial and antipathetic, doesnt know how to properly treat guests
Great trip to Islamorada and this hotel in in great shape after the storm... Rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.
i went to this hotel at night to do a check in and when i was at the driveway the manager came in front of me with his car and began honking at me to move and when i moved he came out of his car screaming at me and being rude and then he went inside to tell the clerk to not let me get a room. horrible service definitely not going there again.
Great motel at a pretty great location. Not the faciest place, but still fairly good quality. The pool is nice, but the 'beach' area is small for swimming and not too amazing, but we didn't come here to swim at the motel itself. There's a dock and another place to dip down into the water which is nice, too. There's a good selection of restaurants within a ~10 minute drive, among other stores, so the location is pretty great. Definitely worth the price, it'd recommend it to a friend.
Amazing views. wonderful & super friendly staff, very helpful. They keep the place very well maintained and clean. Great location with plenty to see and do. Great family vacation spot.
Nice resort. Not too big, but nice and intimate for a family vacation. We had a 2 room suite with 2 double beds in the bedroom, a nice living room with an attached kitchen (full size appliances), and a nice pool & ocean view. Only problem we had was that when we called to make a reservation for 4 adults and 1 child we were quoted the price for the stay, but when we got there we were told that the price they quoted us was for 2 adults and 1 child and it was going to be $30 more per night. They did offer to cancel the reservation, but at that point there was nothing else available anywhere, since it was Thanksgiving weekend.
