I had a wonderful experience. I rented by myself, the staff was helpful and informative. Boat came with a full tank of gas, lots of life jackets, a depth finder and a very basic map. The boat had clearly been run a lot, but worked for what we (the 8 or so friends who joined me later) needed it for - cruising, fishing, sight-seeing and overall fun. Great price for a fantastic addition to any vacation.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, our Guide Lester even grabbed me a spare Mask and Snorkel because mine wouldn't seal properly out on the water. There's a reason this place is Rated the highest on Google Reviews, etc. Don't make a mistake going with someone else and choose A1!
Just rented 2 weeks ago (Nov 17) and the experience was not very good. I called 2 months prior to reserve a boat, which they did by taking my credit card number. Then when we arrive, the "boat we wanted is in repair" and the "lady you were dealing with is no here" so all of which I had reserved and secured is non-existent. I know they had a hurricane, which is terrible, but all of the boats look about 10 years older than their photos. We had our boat break down, returned it and they gave us another boat that didn't work, charged a ton and overall the service was so-so. In their defense, they worked hard to remedy the broken boat, but it was out of that one and into another one that was worse off (torn seats, dirty, and just overall old). For about $1,000 --- I expected WAY WAY more.

We had an amazing time. Tour was 2 hours long and included Jet skiing, Snorkeling , Free Riding, relaxing on their world famous Islamorada Sand Bar and it was just an overall enjoyable and memorable experience. Wouldn't have missed it for the world. My Wife and I did it the morning we were heading back to Miami from the Keys and are extremely glad we included it.
Family Owned and it shows! The owner is very nice and very helpful. The prices are the best in the entire area. Yesterday we rented a boat for the day. It was in excellent condition. An employee gave us a detailed briefing before we departed and was waiting for us when we returned. Today we rented 2 jet skis and had an absolute blast! The owner even gave us 30 extra minutes each!!!! On the busiest day of the week!
This is an extremely professional boat and jet ski rental business. I wish I used them the first time I came to the Keys; I will never rent from any other place again. Great prices and a more than exceptional staff that caters to your every need! They always make sure your vacation is top notch! (Rented a boat for a week. August 26 to September 1)
