True pros Aaron and Jeff! We were traveling with another family 4 adults 4 children and a teenager in the mix. They took great care of all 8 of us explaining all the nuances of the jet skis and safety instructions. Very patient and safety conscious, so those of you traveling with families rest assured. The absolute best place to enjoy water sports safely at Islamorada
Do not rent from them. You will regret it. Everything was good until we returned and they charged us $300 for a small scratch that I know they will never repair. Renter beware. Go some place else.
I don't recommend renting anything from this company. My family and I rent it a boat with them to have a good afternoon. And returning back the person that was in charge at the time told my brother to go onto another place that was not the entrance to park the boat to where we initially got it. And he had us get next to other boats to the point that we end up hitting some of those boats. There was no reason of why he had us doing that? and on top of that he blame us for it, and my whole family agree that it was his fault. Nonetheless, he still charged us a few days later for his mess. I will report this just because the way things were handle on they behalf.
Highly recommend renting from these guys. Brad is fantastic. I rented a boat for the entire week and he let me switch boats daily based on my needs. Also went out of his way to assist me throughout the week. Great group of guys.
