Spectacular. Well worth 12 dollars and and hour of your time. Certainly any scuba should pay a visit. Great collection of diving artifacts going back several hundred years. Gear from leather hoods and hoses to deep sea robotic suits. Truly a work of love by the owners.
The museum is fantastic! The breadth of the collection is amazing and the displays are so creative and full of detail. As a diver I found it to be fascinating and especially enjoyed the helmet display and the Navy diving exhibit. Not to be missed when visiting the Keys, especially if you are a SCUBA diver!!!
Awesome chronological history of diving. Mostly real pieces with a few that are reproductions. Give yourself plenty of time to read the tons of information that is packed into this place. Recommended if you dive or have any interest in diving.
Great little museum with lots to look at. Really teaches you about diving and how it has changed over the years. Lots of hands on items and the kid did have a blast here. The only downside is the price is a little high for what you get.
Kids had a great time. Adults enjoyed it too. Lots to see, touch and play with! Scavenger hunt was perfect for the kids (ages 5yrs to 15yrs)!
