I had Rex Air install my new system about a year and a half ago. While the system itself has had manufacturer issues, the folks at Rex Air have been rock solid!!! This time, Ossi, one of Rex's service techs, went above and beyond to resolve our problem. Even though I wasn't home, he stayed in constant contact with me via cell phone, until the issue was resolved. It was extremely comforting to know that we were in such good hands. Thanks again!
Of course my a/c would stop cooling on the hottest day of the year. I called Rex Air and they were able to send out a technician within an hour. Not sure that is always the case, but I was very thankful it worked out this way. The lady I spoke with on the phone was polite and efficient, letting me know the cost of the service call and asked me if that was okay. Then she sent me an email with a picture and the name of the technician who was coming to my home. The technician, Shane, was prompt, polite and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend this company.
The two technicians were very experienced and extremely courteous. They came on time and executed the installation of two air conditioners, two thermostats, and two air handlers. There were no glitches, and they were very neat. A priority in my book! I was advised of the electric rebate available and the office followed through quite quickly on getting me the needed form, receipt, and necessary info on the equipment. I'd recommend Rex Air highly!
I appreciate the time that the techs have given me for my concerns. I also am very happy that the company makes sure I am up to date on my service. Whitney is also amazing in the office. The techs.. along with Mike, are great on making sure I am comfortable with everything and supplying me with the best knowledge and supplies I need. Nick is also a great and friendly tech. I was very happy with the divide and conquer visit I had on my last check up so I could continue on my day and get on with my day.
Excellent service. The office staff quickly and efficiently fulfilled my needs to determine which split units I required in my home. Total of 5 days from bid to installation of 3 split units. Johnathon and Shane installed all 3 units in one day. They were attentive to my picky placement of the units and left my house and their work areas clean. Rex Air is the best!
