I ended up buying a Loop Cross s1 with an Orvis Mirage V and I couldn't be happier with the way it performs. They always have what I need for tying materials and point me in the right direction. I always shop here on the way down to KW for a few specific flies. It's worth visiting to see Mr. Moret's collection of fishing photos, as well as the store is keeper for many historic, and beautiful keys tournament trophies.

Great people, Great fly shop run by guys that know what is going on in the local waters and beyond. Stop by every time I am in town, always friendly even if I don't purchase something, but I usually do, fisherman, can't help it. Always willing to answer question and will ship to you locally or not.
Their customer service and knowledge is hard to beat down in the Keys. I was considering buying a rod from them and the owner Sandy answered every question I had on which one would be best for my situation. He even gave me some tips on how to fight the species I was going to chase. This store does carry the high end rods and reels, but when you are serious about catching fish you probably want to buy that stuff anyways and the staff can answer any concerns you have about the equipment before your purchase so you get what will work for your casting style specifically. I actually booked my first fly fishing charter through them due to their friendliness and know how on fly fishing.
