For the second time in 2 weeks They have locked the doors before closing time! 7:54 is NOT 8!!!! I watched the barista inside run to the door to lock it when she saw a customer approaching! You're in the Keys it's not like you can just go to another Starbucks up the street! Please stay open until your advertised hours!
The slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Two employees working. One was making a drink, the other saw me walk in and stand at the counter, she chose to ignore me and walked around taking inventory. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. She finally walked behind the counter and stared at me. She was extremely rude. After taking my order she told the other employee to make my drink and she disappeared. Waited another 10 minutes for my drink, even though there was no one else in the coffee shop. Worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
This has got to be the worst Starbucks I have experienced in all my visits around the world.
The person taking my order never spoke - just grunted and nodded, the stainless tumbler I bought for an iced drink they never chilled it down so the ice melted within 60 seconds. When I went to ask for more ice I was stared at like a melted ice cold drink was normal.
I have a cold and so I decided to stop in for some coffee as me and my family were leaving the Keys this past Sunday. I thought it would be a good idea to get what is typically a delicious Starbucks latte as I figured it would soothe my sore throat and cough. The latte I got was only lukewarm and it really bummed me out. As I rolled back out on to US-1 (they were way too busy and I had a long drive ahead of me so I didn't complain), I remembered that I saw the girl who made my drink pour what seemed to me to be way too much steamed milk into my latte and so I'm guessing it is this that cooled it down too much? Regardless, all I know is when I visit Starbucks and I expect a drink that's sufficiently warm. This time in particular it was not and so I'm sharing my disappointment here.

They taunt you with the fact they are the last Starbucks for 80miles, well I say keep driving and Starbucks Corporate- you need to fix this store or take the franchise away.
This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Took forever, people who just walked in got their drinks way before I did (they were serving their friends who walked in first), and the employees were very rude. When asked if I wanted whip cream and caramel, I said no, and the girl rolled her eyes at me. Very bad experience, won't come here again.
